Zaid Yousef is a Master’s student at TISA and a JD candidate at UC Berkeley – School of Law. He is a rising community leader and passionate about human rights, justice, and making a difference where it matters the most. Zaid is not just studying the law—he is preparing to make a lasting impact on people’s lives. Zaid serves as a law clerk at the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
Zaid is working on civil rights cases and conducting research on Islamophobia in the United States. He also serves as the Managing Editor for Berkeley Law’s Journal of Middle Eastern and Islamic Law (JMEIL), blending his legal education with his Islamic studies training.
