That’s why we are proud to introduce the Women’s Initiative in Learning & Leadership (WILL), a special project under our Visionary Leadership Circle (VLC). WILL is dedicated to empowering Muslim women through education, leadership training, and active involvement in the development of our institution.

Why WILL Matters

The WILL Project is more than just a program; it’s a movement to ensure that Muslim women are at the forefront of leadership and decision-making within our community. Special Features of WILL

• Transformative Impact: TISA has consistently utilized the talents and perspectives of women in key roles, transforming the lives of our students. WILL aims to expand this impact, encouraging more women to join our ranks and lead with distinction.
  
  
• Islamic Leadership & Management (ILM) Certificate Program: For women who seek leadership training but may not have the time for a full degree, the WILL Project provides up to 5 fully-funded ILM Certificates per year, ensuring more women have access to this essential training. This program includes five courses, with a transcript and certificate from TISA upon completion.
  
  
• Tuition-Free Scholarships: The WILL Project offers two tuition-free scholarships per year to qualified women pursuing a Master’s in Islamic Studies or an MDiv in Religious Leadership & Islamic Chaplaincy at TISA.
