The Islamic Seminary of America holds affiliate status with The Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada, but is not an accredited member of the Association.

Accreditation is a process that typically takes several years – no seminary or college can attain accreditation from its inception. The Islamic Seminary of America is not accredited yet. However, the board has made this a top priority and appointed a compliance committee with the primary task of overseeing the accreditation process. We will keep our students abreast of this development, and, God-willing, be accredited soon.
